Foo Q for the FAQ...

Can you explain the different icons in front of topics and/or posts? I'm talking about the pic that looks like a piece of paper that is sometimes white and static, sometimes white and animated, and other times yellow? Thanks Frand!
...they won't hit you as nerf for PvE unless you depend heavily on holy shield. Consecrate is easier and SoC is the same tree as Sanctity. You should be able to stack some good Holy damage /shrug. Theorycraft till it goes live, though. (foo: WTF!?)

Sure, on the bottom of the page where the topics are listed is a Key to what those icons mean.
I'll recap it for you here though:
orange paper = new posts
orange paper moving = new posts, popular topic
orange lock = new posts, topic locked
white paper = no new posts
white paper moving = no new posts, popular topic
grey lock = no new posts, topic locked
little triangle with an I in it = Announcement (topic that stays at top of list)
little glue drop with exclamation in it = Sticky (topic that stays at top of list)
